2016 – With rugby sevens entering the Olympic Games for the first time in 2016, World Rugby needed video content to power its social media channels, but didn’t have any Olympic rights, footage or archive. We devised the content plan that allowed their social platforms to outperform all the other sports combined in key markets throughout the summer Olympics.

2019-20 – Rugby World Cup has grown into one of sport’s premier events. Before, during and after the tournament, World Rugby’s digital platforms need to serve the avid rugby fan, the casual sports fan and the massed media. Seb was brought in as a key part of the digital management team for 2019 in Tokyo, integrating efforts across a number of different suppliers. He’s now helping with some exciting follow-on digital transformation projects.

“I’d recommend Seb to anyone needing a smart content strategy for multiple platforms and stakeholders. He just gets content and people.”
